1. The first party will provide to good condition car with drivers
2. Contract Period: Both party agreed to valid the contract for next one year. Rental Period 26 Days,
3. Cancel the contract: This agreement should be kept in force for at least one month before the first party and the second party will be issued, after one month, both parties will be notified through notice one month ago.
4. Billing procedure: First party will submit the bill by the first week of the next month and subsequently Second Party will pay the monthly bill vide Account payee cheque after providing service within 7 working days of the next month upon submission the bill.
5. Toll/Parking charge: Second Party will pay ferry, bridge toll, parking charge etc for its own use.
6. Driver’s allowance: Second party will allow Taka 100/- for daily allowance for every working day as per company official calendar. He also allowed Tk 50 hourly rate of OT when perform more than 10 hours. Moreover, Driver will get Taka 500/- instead of Taka 100/- for any work on Friday and holiday.
7. Friday/holiday work: Second Party will pay BDT 1,500.00 (one thousand five hundred) only for the work on each Friday / holiday to the fist party.
8. AIT & VAT: According to the government rule AIT and VAT will be completed on bill and deluded and deposed by the Secord party to the treasury of the Bangladesh Bank. Deducted upon the submission amount of the bill by the Second Party and the amount will be deposited to the treasury of the Bangladesh Bank.
9. Hartal/strike/Blockade: Office time schedule will be changed on the hartal / strike / blockade day by the Second Party. Vehicle will play according to that schedule.
10. 7 Days use: Second Party will use the vehicle for 6 days a week according to the office requirement.
11. Alternate Driver: First Party will provide a substitute driver in case of absent of driver so that Second Party may not face any trouble.
